Dr. Ganesh Bapat is a leading expert in assistive technologies, with a Ph.D. from IIT Madras focused on the design, development, and implementation of advanced assistive devices. He has a 1-year post doctorate experience at IIT Madras and 2 years at University of Nebraska Omaha, USA.
As Director at Srugenie Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Ganesh brings a unique blend of academic insight, research excellence, and real-world application to the company’s mission of enhancing accessibility and independence through cutting-edge solutions. In addition to their role at Srugenie Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Ganesh serves as an Assistant Professor at Department of Mechanical Engineering at BITS Pilani, Goa, from October 2020, where they lead research in human-centered design, biomedical engineering, and rehabilitative technologies. His research focuses on investigating the physiological and biomechanical aspects of human gait, musculoskeletal disorders, and physical disability.

Starting his journey in the textile sector, Mr. Pradeep mastered the nuances of product development, production processes, and quality assurance, while also gaining in-depth knowledge of supply chain logistics and compliance. In addition, he has managed excise documentation, regulatory adherence, and dispatch management with unmatched precision—ensuring smooth product flow from manufacturing to market.
